SLiDE has worked in partnership with the The Brit School since 2014. Together with Community Arts Practice students we have created an inclusive youth company who have performed at The Southbank. In 2017 the company was selected to represent London at U.Dance in Birmingham.

We work closely with Club Soda who support our adult workshops in Croydon, St Christopher’s Hospice, London Mozart Players and The Orpheus Centre.

SLiDE has been supported by the Arts Council, Croydon Council, Croydon Adult Learning and Training, Active Communities Fund, Croydon Voluntary Action and The Whitgift Foundation.

‘The Brit school loves it’s on-going relationship with SLiDE.  Our students, staff and audiences have really benefited from having SLiDE in our lives.  The school has always believed that the arts should be accessible to all and be a wonderful celebration of energy and ideas and SLiDE defines those beliefs. Their dance work is always inspiring, professional and fun’. Stuart Worden, Principal, The Brit School
